Brian Pierce, PA-C, is an experienced physician assistant and bioidentical hormone therapy specialist at Health North Family Medicine, LLC, a private medical practice in Anchorage and Soldotna, Alaska.
With a focus on conservative and integrative medicine, he emphasizes the importance of prevention and early intervention through annual physicals, weight management, and chronic disease care.
After serving in the United States Army, Brian enrolled in the University of Montana at Helena, where he earned his Associate of Applied Sciences in 1999. In 2017, he graduated from the MEDEX Northwest physician assistant program through the University of Washington (UW) in Seattle.
Brian also obtained additional training through the College of Allied Health Professions - MPAS University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha. His training has helped Brian hone his skills as an integrative care provider for patients of all ages.
As a bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) specialist, Brian received training through World Link Medical with renowned BHRT pioneer, Dr. Neil Rouzier. He also provides treatment for men and women’s health, as well as chronic disease management care for diabetes, thyroid disorders, and more.
Outside of his practice, Brian is a fellow of the Alaska Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA).
